We know being a teen today is really difficult, facing a changing world, increasing social media and peer pressure alongside high expectations. We can help you discover hope, healing and wholeness in the midst of this. J10 is a peer support group for teens that provides faith based encouragement and research backed tools to help navigate mental health challenges like anxiety and depression and give renewed hope. J10 groups are starting at Cornerstone in February 2025, facilitated by youth pastors, counselors and young people who have journeyed through mental health challenges.

Who’s it for?
Any high school student experiencing mental health challenges

How will it help me?
Meet other people going through the same thing, have emotional support from people who understand, develop coping tools and strategies backed in science

What does it look like?
A 10 week program facilitated by youth pastors and counsellors

What happens each week?
A fun game, snacks, content, group discussion and an activity

Where does it take place?
Cornerstone church, Sundays 10:30-12:00
