We know being a teen today is really difficult. We can help you discover hope, healing and wholeness in the midst of this. Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." -John 10:10. J10 is based on this, and is a peer support group that provides faith based encouragement and research backed tools to help navigate any mental health challenges.

Who’s it for?
Any middle or high school student experiencing mental health challenges

How will it help me?
Meet other people going through the same thing, have emotional support from people who understand, develop coping tools and strategies backed in science

What does it look like?
A 5-8 week program facilitated by youth pastors and counselors. You can pop in to try it any week, no commitment necessary!

What happens each week?
Snacks, content, group discussion and learning tools

Where does it take place?
Cornerstone church, Sundays 10:30-12:00.

Middle School - Lounge Room 003
