The Emerging Leaders Residency is a year-long program designed to prepare emerging leaders for life and Christian ministry through personal formation, practical experience, and pastoral education.

This program is designed for young adults (ages 18-30) who desire to grow as followers of Jesus Christ and be equipped to serve the Church - whether in vocational ministry or lay leadership.

At the end of this program, participants will be equipped to step into the next season of life with clarity, confidence, and purpose. They will be prepared to serve God and live missionally through leadership and Kingdom impact , whether in vocational ministry, the workplace, or everyday life. Through individualized spiritual coaching, walk away with hands-on ministry experience, and classroom learning, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their God-given identity, passions, strengths, and gifts, and develop them for meaningful service and leadership in whatever context God calls them.

We are accepting new applications for the 2026/2027 program, which begins on August 11th! Submit your application by July 1, 2026
