A MESSAGE FROM BRIAN
In 2019 we launched Dream Boulder - a two year generosity initiative that would allow us to make much-needed updates and add space to our current facility. Twenty years ago we were gifted our building in south Boulder, and it’s a gift we’ve been thankful for and seen God work in. Because of what’s happened here, we are a uniquely influential and growing church in the Boulder area.
Little did we know that a global pandemic would bring the world to a standstill and that our two year initiative would turn into three.
Throughout the entire project our greatest desire has been to continue to see God move in the lives of our community and to bless Boulder, this county, and the world from this wonderful spot on our little, dead-end street.
We asked everyone to prioritize their giving, make a meaningful sacrifice for the Dream Boulder project and give to God’s Kingdom in an extravagant way.
We never made this kind of request before, but we believed this was an important time to do so for three reasons:
- Our building was in serious need of care just to maintain it.
- Many of our ministries were already at (or over) capacity and needed more space.
- We have momentum: our people are thriving, our community appreciates our presence, and the city is willing work with us to make this project happen.
Through your generosity and sacrificial giving, Dream Boulder is now a reality. We hosted our first Sunday Services in our new space on August 21, 2022 and I am so thankful for your faithfulness over the last three years. Construction has been inconvenient at times, but you have remained flexible and gracious. You have also continued to give in extravagant ways. Not just to Dream Boulder, but to our Covid relief fund, Marshall Fire fund and Kingdom Assignment.
Thank you again. We could not have completed this project without you.
