RISE

RISE exists to support foster and adoptive families with the goal of seeing every child rise to their full potential.

Cornerstone partners with RISE to provide a wraparound support team to foster and adoptive families in the community.

Support activities may include bringing meals, notes of encouragement, helping around the house or yard, bringing coffee, providing date nights, etc.
