How To Update Recurring Donations
Thank you for your continued generosity. Click the Close My Giving on PushPay button to log into the old online giving platform to close that account. Next click the "SETUP INSTRUCTIONS" to setup your giving in Church Center/Giving. Follow the instructions below to update your amount, frequency and/or payment information.
Closing Instructions
1. Go to PushPay by clicking button above.
Login with phone number or sign in with email.
*Please note that Cornerstone does not have access to your Sign In information for PushPay. If you need assistance accessing your account or reseting your password please call our servicer, PushPay, at 425-202-8470.
2. Click 'Edit' under recurring gifts
3. Click the 'Actions' Button
4. Click 'Cancel Schedule'
Setup Instructions
1. Go to Church Center by clicking button above.
Login if needed. Then type in amount.
2. Choose the Frequency and when to give.
3. Choose your payment method
Giving with a bank account will require verification. Donors will receive a micro-deposit in your bank account from Stripe, and within the description of that deposit, you will see the SM code attached to the deposit. You won't get an email: you'll need to look at the deposit itself.
4. Your recurring donations is complete.
You should receive a Donation has been received page.
If you see a "on hold until" for your donation this means it will not process until the set date.
