Rachel was born and raised in Oklahoma, where she lived until she got married to her husband, Ben, an Aussie mate. They moved to Nashville, had five kids across a few different states, and ended up in Colorado in 2015. The Hockeys immediately found Cornerstone Church and have called it home ever since. 

Rachel began volunteering in the nursery at Cornerstone in 2019, and took over the role of nursery coordinator in 2024. When she’s not homeschooling her kids, you can find her going on trips with her family, at a concert, or hanging out with friends. She also enjoys cooking, reading, watching Gilmore Girls, teaching at their local co-op, and drinking coffee.
