The purpose of our support groups is to provide emotional support, hope, and encouragement in a faith based community for people facing shared challenges.
We know that mental health challenges are prevalent today, especially for our youth. We want to provide a safe space where parents can meet with a community of empathetic people with shared experiences, and know you're not alone.
Support groups are starting at Cornerstone in April 2025, facilitated by community members who have experienced the same life challenges.
