Jen Pagani - ICP

Jill Vega - RN, ICP

At Mindful Wellness we offer IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback (MCN) which is a promising solution for so many to the growing mental health challenges faced by today’s youth. We have been blessed to be able to personally help so many in this age group over the years. Our young people have so many pressures from social media, academic stress, and uncertainty, many are struggling just trying to navigate growing up in today’s world, leading to increased anxiety, depression, and trauma. Since the brain is not fully developed until around age 25, IASIS MCN is especially effective during this critical period, helping the brain reset and self-regulate while it is still forming and growing. This treatment puts the brain in its most optimal position for resilience, emotional balance, and mental clarity, complementing spiritual support for a more holistic approach to well-being.

FAQ:

What are the childcare options?

Sunday Nights and 4/5 Hang will be happening at the same time. Middle school students and 4th/5th grade students are welcome to attend these like normal.

For ages 3rd Grade and below childcare is available for $10/kid, dinner included.

Is this event specifically faith-based?

Although we unashamedly come from a Christian-faith lens when putting together material, this event is not exclusively for Christians. Much of the material (and speakers) comes from mixed backgrounds/influences, and all principles and tools can be applied broadly. We are excited to pioneer and spearhead efforts to address youth mental health from a Christian faith perspective.
