TRIP INSURANCE
In light of the uncertainty of Covid-19, any unforeseen emergencies, or schedule changes/delays that may affect our tour, we strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Most US medical insurance plans do not cover you for international medical emergencies. Trip insurance typically covers problems like medical emergencies, lost luggage, airline delays, evacuations, etc. Make sure you read all the fine print to determine what is and is not covered in your policy.
Most trip insurance companies require you to purchase a plan within 7-15 days from your deposit date if you have any pre-existing medical conditions you want covered. Otherwise, you can purchase most plans within a month of departure.
Cornerstone Church and its representatives are not responsible for any charges due to flight interruptions, changes required during political unrest, schedule changes imposed by the airlines or for any medical treatment needed while on the tour.
We have had a good experience with Travelex and recommend them, however, you are free to use any trip insurance you desire. https://www.travelexinsurance.com
PRICING
Quoted tour prices include planning, handling, and operational charges and are based on the current rate of exchange and tariffs. In the unlikely event of a marked change in foreign exchange rates, fuel costs or tariff rates, tour costs are subject to revision. Cornerstone Church reserves the right to vary itineraries, and to substitute facilities and hotels of equal or better quality if necessary.
SEAT UPGRADES
Economy class air transportation is included in the tour price. Depending on availability, upgrades will be available by August. We will do our best to accommodate seat changes and upgrades, however we cannot make any guarantees. All changes and upgrades will be subject to charges imposed by our air carrier.
