Tutor Training

Cornerstone provides free tutoring to low-income, mostly Hispanic, families in our community who have elementary school students. Evidence suggests that academically at-risk students who receive tutoring early have significantly lower dropout rates later in school.

We have 10 students right now that need tutoring and more expected soon. If you are interested in getting involved we have an upcoming Tutor Training on Sunday, January 26th during the 11:00 am service. We will be meeting in room 001 downstairs outside of the Stanley Chapel. 

No previous tutoring experience required. This is a great opportunity to have an intercultural experience right here in Boulder County.
